David Schrader, age 49, passed away unexpectedly from an aggressive and rapidly-growing brain tumor (stage 4 glioblastoma) on August 18th, 2022.
Having only been diagnosed just 9 days prior, he passed with exemplary grace, peace, and complete fearlessness.
Born on March 20th, 1973, he was the son of Carolyn and Harold Schrader and father of Sophia (age 23) and Isabelle (age 19) Schrader.
A Nashville native, David grew up with a passion of music as well as serving others. In his early years, he was part of the bands “The Painted Train” and “Verdant Green,” where he played guitar and sang vocals. After the birth of his two daughters, David used his passion for service in various communications and marketing positions for music, spiritual growth, and mental health, while continuing to embark on making his own music alongside.
One of the biggest imprints David left in this world was the discipline of always staying true to himself. Never giving into the “norms” of society. Doing what he loved—expressively, graciously, and in alignment with his purest self.
